Welcome to the very first edition of the SETS Newsletter — built brick by brick, coach by coach, leader by leader, club by club.

Whether you’re leading a racquet program or just getting your start, SETS exists to support, strategize, and scale with you. This newsletter has been requested by so many, and I’ll admit, it's long overdue! These monthly newsletters are intended to provide the latest info on clients, events, and milestones in the world of SETS. I cannot begin to tell you how fortunate I am to do what I love and to do it for such amazing people.

Brock Orlowski exemplifies this standard through a relentless pursuit of development. Each year, Brock develops bold professional goals with SETS to stretch his limits and better serve his members. Over the past year, he earned Elite Professional status in Platform Tennis, completed Levels 1–3 with Love Serving Autism, attained padel certifications, and pursued adaptive tennis and club management education.

Brock’s presence at major industry events and contributions to leading publications reflect his commitment to sharing knowledge and building community. He’s also taken on mentorship roles—speaking at national conferences, supporting young professionals, and hosting certification workshops. His leadership is grounded in service, not spotlight, with a focus on investing in others and driving standards forward.
